Neal P. DuBois
Neal P. DuBois is a Montana attorney and partner at 406 Attorneys who takes pride in helping his neighbors navigate the legal system. A proud lifelong Montanan, Neal was born in Great Falls and has resided here most of his life. Neal’s family consists of his wonderful wife Melissa, daughter Kinsley and son Patrick. Neal and his family take advantage of Montana’s great outdoors by camping, hiking, fly fishing, skiing and hunting.
Neal is licensed to practice in all Montana state and federal courts. Neal studied at the University of Nevada – Reno where he received his bachelor’s degree and received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Montana (Go Griz!) in 2008. Following law school, Neal worked for Taleff Law Office where he received excellent mentorship and experience. Neal also served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Great Falls where he prosecuted and tried dozens of cases. He was a founding member and partner of Sutton & DuBois in 2010 which, with the addition of Eric Mills, became Sutton, DuBois & Mills before we became what we are today, 406 Attorneys.
Neal believes in community involvement and neighbors helping neighbors. Neal served on the Children’s Receiving Home Board of Directors for 8 years, including President. Neal also served on Great Falls Neighborhood Council District 1 for two terms, most of which he served as Chairman. You are likely to see Neal at our community’s fundraisers and events throughout the year.
